Requesting a copy of your data

You can request a copy of your personal data from your Didit account at any time.

What's included

Your export will include:

• Account details (name, email, profile information)
• Account settings and preferences
• Didits you created
• Your messages, comments, and updates
• Files you uploaded

We provide exports in standard formats (CSV/JSON files plus a ZIP of attachments).

Privacy protection: We only export your personal contributions. We don't include other users' personal information, Didits created by others, or content added by other users in shared Didits.

How to request your data

Email support@didit.co from your account email address with the subject line "Data export request."

We'll verify your identity before processing the request.

Delivery timeline

You'll receive your export within 30 days via email attachment or secure download link.
